I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience providing mental health and behavioral health services in outpatient, inpatient, and correctional settings. My primary focus is helping individuals navigate life's challenges through a compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based approach. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use, and stress related to identity and belonging.

I am committed to creating a welcoming, affirming, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward their personal goals. I strive to provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and recognize the importance of honoring each person's unique identity, lived experience, and intersectional background.

My clinical experience includes assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, care coordination, and supporting clients through recovery and personal growth. Drawing from evidence-based practices and a person-centered perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful change.

I believe that every individual deserves respect, dignity, and access to supportive mental health care. My goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves, develop healthier ways of coping, and create lives that align with their values and aspirations.
