As part of this commitment, we accept insurances listed here and offer Self-Pay sessions at the following rates. Payment or copay is due at time of service. We do not offer free consultations or phone calls.

Have Medicaid or Insurance?

Individual therapy sessions for adults, children, and adolescents are typically covered by Medicaid & insurance.

Have Medicaid or Insurance?

EMDR therapy sessions are typically covered by Medicaid & insurance.
Accepted insurances >

Medicaid typically covers EMDR sessions up to 90 minutes at no cost to you.

Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Kaiser, United/Optum, as well as affiliated insurance plans under these insurance providers, will typically cover 60 minute EMDR sessions, but we highly recommend calling your insurance provider to confirm if your plan will cover 90-minute EMDR Therapy sessions, as this is the recommended session duration for EMDR Therapy. You may opt to self-pay for an additional 30 minutes if you prefer to schedule a 90-minute session, if not covered by your plan.

Out-of-Network?

At Free Yourself, we’re committed to making therapy accessible for everyone. Whether your insurance plan is in or out-of-network, we strive to ensure you can prioritize your mental health. If you need a superbill or copies of your invoices to submit to your out-of-network insurance provider, just let us know.
