About Riley
Pronouns: She/ Her
In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ll meet you where you are, offering guidance at your pace as we work toward the goals that matter most to you. Building a genuine connection based on trust, empathy, and respect is at the heart of my approach.
I use a person-centered and humanistic style, drawing on mindfulness, somatic practices, IFS, and DBT skills to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself. Together, we’ll explore challenges, process past experiences, and uncover the strengths you already have so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
I’ve worked with clients of all ages, especially children, teens, and young adults, and welcome people from all walks of life. Working with the individuals I’ve met along the way has shown me how powerful therapy can be. No matter where you’re at, there’s always hope for healing and growth.
