About Paria

Pronouns: She/ Her

The human experience is vast and complex. We carry the capacity to feel profound love, joy, grief, beauty, pain, and everything in between. Learning how to navigate and hold all of it, without becoming overwhelmed or disconnected can be one of the hardest things we do. And yet, I believe each of us carries an innate ability to heal, grow, and move toward wholeness. As a therapist, I don’t position myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I walk beside you on your journey, helping you listen more deeply to your inner wisdom.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself or the world, I hold space for the full spectrum of your experience. Together, we can cultivate the capacity to welcome all parts of you. Not just the polished or “put together” parts, but also the confused, hurting, tender, or unseen ones. From there, we can begin to uncover what’s most true for you, to meet yourself with compassion, and to reconnect with the most authentic version of who you are becoming.

My work is grounded in existential, humanistic, transpersonal, and Jungian perspectives. I am trained in mindfulness-based, person-centered approaches, and specialize in working with what arises in the present moment, allowing us to gently approach unconscious material and explore your inner world with curiosity and care.
