As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master's in Social Work, I strive to foster an inclusive and supportive space where you feel seen. My approach is deeply person centered; grounded in empathy, genuine connection, and meeting you where you’re at without judgement.
I work with clients age 15+ experiencing anxiety, depression, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and challenges with communication or emotional regulation. Working with clients to creatively tailor therapeutic interventions to align with their unique strengths, values, and goals is one of my favorite aspects of this work.
Behind the scenes: I am most content outdoors on a warm sunny day; whether I’m relaxing in the park or paddleboarding at a lake, I thrive in the sunshine. When I’m at home, I'm usually kept company by my two cats (who have very strong opinions about my work from home schedule).
