About Lauren

Pronouns: She/Her
Identities: LGBT Therapist

Hi, I’m Lauren Rose, a provider with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, supporting those navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns.

My approach is laid-back, transparent, and deeply client-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and affirming space where you can be yourself without judgment. In our work together, I meet you where you are, focusing on your strengths while creating room for growth and healing.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to shrink yourself to fit into family expectations, workplace dynamics, or even relationships, you’re not alone. Many of the individuals I work with carry that same weight of trying to belong while quietly questioning, “Where do I actually fit?”

My role is to hold space for your whole self...messy, vibrant, questioning, and resilient...while helping you move toward the life and relationships that feel true to you. Therapy with me doesn’t look like sitting across from someone with a clipboard nodding.

Sometimes I’ll sit back and listen deeply; other times I’ll be direct and clear when you need someone to cut through the noise. Clients often tell me that being in session feels like finally exhaling...a place where they don’t have to explain or justify their identity, their desires, or their truth.

I’m trained through the University of Memphis and Walden University, and my specialties include relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and navigating big life shifts. Alongside traditional therapy, I often bring in mindfulness and body awareness to help clients reconnect to themselves. I see clients virtually across Colorado.
