About CORA

With over a decade of dedicated service as a case manager and an having served in the United States Army, I have been at the forefront of navigating life’s intricate challenges alongside those in need. My journey has been shaped by a profound belief in the power of compassion and the importance of creating a sanctuary for healing. I understand that life can be unpredictable and, at times, overwhelmingly challenging. It is my core belief that everyone deserves unwavering support and a compassionate listener during their most difficult moments.

My approach is rooted in the principle that healing begins when we feel truly heard and understood. I am committed to offering my support without bias or criticism, fostering an environment where you can safely confront your traumas knowing you are not alone.

In life, we often encounter situations that seem overwhelming due to either a lack of support or fear to face those memories. Recognizing when to seek help is a strength, not a weakness. I am here to provide valuable insights and solutions that may help you with your healing journey. Together, we can explore new paths towards healing and growth.
