At Free Yourself, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health services. As part of this commitment, we offer Self-Pay sessions and accept the following insurances.

• Medicaid - Please see important information below prior to scheduling:

  • Health First Colorado Medicaid is divided into regional account entities (RAE). Your RAE is assigned based on where your Primary Care Physician (PCP) is located.

  • We are currently able to accept the following regions (RAEs) if you have Medicaid:

    • Colorado Access: Regions 3 & 5

    • Denver Health Medicaid Choice: Region 5

    • Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA): Regions 6 & 7

    • Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP): Region 4

    We anticipate to begin supporting Region 1 for Health Colorado, Inc. soon.

  • In addition to covering individual therapy, many clinicians also accept Medicaid for couples and family counseling and EMDR therapy.

Additional Information

We regret that we are no longer accepting Anthem/Blue Cross clients due to high rates of claim denial and difficulties with provider services communication. Our contract ended June 30, 2023.

TRE and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy are not covered by insurance.

Payment or copay is due at time of service. We do not offer free consultations or phone calls.
