Coaching focuses on creating a partnership where you identify and work towards accomplishing your goals. In a coaching relationship, YOU are the expert in your own life. My role as a coach is to see your highest potential and stay fixed on what you say you want. We work together through any challenges or beliefs you might have that are limiting your potential, and I dig deep by asking powerful questions to get you to figure out what is holding you back, and how you can overcome any obstacle you are faced with. Not only do we work to achieve your goals, but we also celebrate your wins and look for patterns that are serving you positively, as well as understanding those that might be holding you back.
